Coverage Care Services Ltd

Our vision at Coverage Care is to make the use of care services a positive choice, we do this by providing a range of services that can support people, often in quite rural communities in a timely manner and in way that maximises their independence and well being.

Coverage Care is an Industrial and Provident Society and as such we operate as an exempt charity.

We provide a full continuum of care, currently operating from 16 care centres in and around Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

The continuum starts with good neighbour services including “meals on wheels”, day services, domiciliary care, urgent carer replacement, various housing, care and support solutions, interim care, respite, emergency, residential and nursing care. The majority of our care is for older people or people with age related conditions including dementia.

We also support around 100 people (and their families) with their families.

As a not for profit organisation that reinvests all retained surpluses back in to our areas of operation we have developed three all new care centres in the last two years and we have active plans to develop a further two new schemes with a further three schemes being brought in to management. We see this as a positive opportunity to review our areas of operation and we expect to replace many services with “future proofed” facilities that will be fully able to respond to the changing needs of those who use the service.

As an organisation we operate with a closely knit executive management team and a fully integrated Board as such we operate within the ethos and all advantages of the voluntary sector but the commercial disciplines expected of an organisation of our size.
