The Skills Academy has recently recruited trainees for the third cohort of its Careship Management Trainee Scheme, and placed them with some fantastic host organisations.

Become one of our Careship Graduate Trainees, with a 12-month placement in a social care organisation, tailored training and development, and a bursary worth £18,000 per year.
