Our aim:

We aim to embed leadership at all levels in the sector, and so to transform the quality of care that is provided to service users.

At the Skills Academy we believe that the Leadership Qualities Framework is the catalyst required to create this new culture.

What we offer:

We help employers increase staff skills, give employees ways to improve their own skills, endorse quality training and work with commissioners on best practice.

Leadership and Management training programmes:

Improved leadership and management skills are critical in helping the social care sector deliver better care in the current economic climate.

We place the person-centred values of social care at the heart of our leadership and management training, whether for front-line staff or senior leaders.
