Application

Overview

In order to complete an endorsement application you must have a unique reference number. If you do not have one, you must first express your interest. Once you have expressed your interest, a Regional Review Co-ordinator (RRC) will contact you.

How to apply

Once you have heard from your RRC you can apply for endorsement. First, select the relevant application form from the selection at the bottom of this page. Once you have downloaded it, you can complete it in your own time. When you feel that your application is ready to be submitted, you should send it to your RRC. You must then pay your application fee within five working days of submission. You should receive an email from your RRC confirming your submission and subsequent fee payment.

These documents provide further information about elements of the endorsement scheme. To save them, right click on a title, and select ‘Save As...’
