More than 500 responses to our online social care and leadership survey
21 December 2011
The Skills Academy has undertaken a wide-ranging online survey on adult social care and leadership in the sector.
The context for the survey is the wish for the Skills Academy to be best-placed to support employers and others involved in social care in the current external environment.
Diane Lawson, Chief Executive of the Skills Academy, stated:
“ As the new Chief Executive of the National Skills Academy for Social Care, I’m determined to make our organisation as relevant and useful as it can be. The best way I could think of to do that is by asking the sector what relevance and usefulness looked like from their perspective, through a wide-ranging survey and in-depth discussions with as many stakeholders as possible.”
The online survey is now closed. We will be reporting on key findings next month.
