      Contracted hours:37.5 per week

      Salary: up to £28,000 per annum + Benefits

      Reporting to a Location Manager and working with the location care team, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding care and a person centre approach for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

      • Meeting internal and CQC standards by working with the care delivery team and supporting the Registered Business Manager with the day-to-day operation of the home. 
      • Leading, motivating and developing the care team to ensure all care standards are met and exceeded. 
      • Providing support and advice on care standards related queries. 
      • You will need to demonstrate a positive attitude towards managing change and the development of the business for future success.
      Job Requirements

      • Working with established staff teams you will need to be flexible, with excellent people management and influencing skills. 
      • You will have an excellent working knowledge of care standards and how to support the delivery of this with in a care home environment. 
      • You will need to be confident, full of good ideas and enthusiasm with a balance of business acumen and a caring approach. 
      • Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN) 
      • This is a regional role so a requires a driving licence and flexibility to commute around the Yorkshire region
