Our approach
We identify the strategic learning and training needs of adult social care employers and provide practical solutions:
- We work with employers to define the values that underpin excellent social care, and make these the foundation of the learning and training programmes we develop.
- We use the same values to endorse training programmes across the sector.
- We work with high-quality partners to develop the best learning materials and training programmes.
- We develop modular formats that fit in with employees’ and employers’ day-to-day operational needs.
- We test new training programmes with employers, employees and service users. We use their feedback to ensure quality, relevance, practicality and impact.
